Returning to Care Post-Covid and What to Expect

In the last year, over 40% of Americans delayed or avoided routine, preventative care due to COVID concerns. Collectively, we skipped that annual check-up and avoided visiting urgent care more so than in the past. If we did participate in care, it probably incorporated more digital components such as a virtual waiting room or telehealth consultation. In this session, we will hear from Banner's Chief Digital Marketing Officer who will discuss how his organization is re-imagining care for a post-COVID care world. He will discuss new digital front door and patient engagement approaches available to providers in order to modernize access to care in 2021 and beyond.
