Rebecca Clyde, CEO, Botco.ai | Sam Hessler, VP of Sales, Dazos
April 9, 2026 | 45m
Behavioral health providers are facing a growing gap between patient demand and operational capacity. High call volumes, fragmented intake systems, and missed after-hours inquiries often result in lost admissions and increased staff burden. In this session, Rebecca Clyde, CEO of Botco.ai, and Sam Hessler, VP of Sales at Dazos, will share how leading organizations are combining AI-driven patient engagement with CRM-powered admissions workflows to capture more opportunities and convert them more efficiently.
Using real-world examples from providers like EōSIS, we will cover:
• How AI chat and voice agents engage and qualify patients from the first touchpoint
• How platforms like Dazos structure, track, and optimize the admissions pipeline
• What a connected intake funnel looks like across marketing, call center, and admissions
• How multi-location providers reduce missed inquiries and improve response times
• Where integrated systems drive measurable impact on admissions, revenue, and patient access
This session focuses on practical implementation, real workflows, and how AI and CRM together can scale operations without adding complexity.
