Leveraging AI for Continuity of Care Across Senior Living, Aging at Home, and Home Health
Anu Shukla, CEO, Botco.ai | Ashish D. Aggarwal, Co-Founder and CEO, Jubilee TV | Dr. Andrew Barbash, MD
February 19, 2026 | 10:00am
As seniors move between care settings—from aging at home to home health and into senior living—continuity of care often breaks down. Families lack visibility, care teams struggle to communicate consistently, and seniors can become disconnected at the moments they need support most. While the industry talks broadly about innovation, providers are looking for practical, proven tools that actually keep the circle of care intact.
The Solution: Show and Tell
Join Botco.ai and Jubilee TV for a hands-on “show and tell” of how intelligent automation and resident-first engagement technology work together to support continuity of care across settings. This session moves beyond theory to demonstrate how these tools are being used today to connect families, care teams, and seniors in meaningful, low-friction ways.
What We Will Show The AI Front Door (Botco.ai) See how conversational AI acts as an always-on entry point for senior living and home health organizations. We’ll demonstrate how AI captures and qualifies inquiries 24/7, answers nuanced family questions about care levels, services, and pricing, and routes high-intent leads appropriately. You’ll also see how analytics reveal what families are actually asking—providing insight that informs staffing, services, and growth strategy.
The Living Room Hub (Jubilee TV) See how a senior’s existing television becomes a simple, trusted communication hub—without apps, logins, or technical learning curves. We’ll show how care teams and families can conduct remote check-ins, deliver medication and appointment reminders directly to the TV screen, and enable one-touch video visits.
Together, these tools create a continuous loop of care. AI streamlines operations and access on the front end, while TV-based engagement ensures seniors remain connected, informed, and supported day to day.
